We've got no more thugs than the vast majority of FBS programs. I'd feel very comfortable in any venue I'd find myself with the young men on the team.

Tyla, did Mark read this before he consented for you to defend him with it?

I agree with the arrests. They have increased. But I also wonder if the players' academics are up to par too. Not only do I expect to win as a fan, but as an alumnus, I expect the players to have integrity (no criminal activity) and to remember that they are STUDENT athletes. No use for stupid players.

This thread is too far down the list.

He needs to be let go.

It was not proven that the arrested (group) players did anything more than a best friend would do. Albeit for a previously arrested player.

It may not have been proven, but I'm pretty sure they had ill intent. This wasn't a friendly visit.

THat was my initial understanding as well. As more time passes and more people talked from 2 of the 3 sides invoked IMO it wasn't a harmless prank. It wasn't meant to be theft either.
