Not saying they won't, but it's best they do win their tournamet. Here's how last year's "mid majors" fared with "at large". The window of opportunity is very slim. All depends who gets upset in their tournaments at the power conference level.

Players and coaches were supportive of him standing up for them on Saturday. That is the case publicly and privately. Personally I think he went overboard. I also think he knows he somewhat lost it. I don’t think he realized that was the case until he watched the film. At least that is the impression I got from remarks made at the radio show on Monday. As far as frequency of things like this, I don’t think it is as common as some believe. Example of that is fact he had not received a technical this season prior to Saturday night.

He knows he has another year and beyond if they have a strong season in 2020-21. I and everyone else realizes that is a BIG IF. Who knows what they can accomplish with a healthy roster. Hope we find out. I do think stress of life and tough season may have contributed to the blow up to some degree.

They won't be that good next year. They'll be middle of the road. 5-6 range. Kobe is a decent player but that's not near enough to make the jump we need. We are way more than Cadwell and Julien away from being a good ball club. He needs a SG which he hasnt had since Bartley left. And hadnt had before him either.
