It’s been a rough year of close loses and a lot of what could have been. We still have 2 winnable games to get to 6 and get in a bowl game. Let’s finish strong!!!
The fan support is as disappointing as the game results. But if we have hardcore guys on this site not showing up and saying they are done, then what do you expect from the walk up crowd?? Big game down the road and Astros parties everywhere. Anyone not expecting our worst crowd of the year is not realistic. I’ll also mention Troy had 15 days of rest, maybe that showed late in the game. I know I’m grasping at straws, but until the seasons over a Cajun fan should stay the course and pull for the team.
We have no walk up crowd.

Mostly not true.
By the season ticket count used yesterday all indications are that the early season walk up crowd ranged between 7,000 and 15,000.

Sorry but Lamar has been out coached in several games the last two really stick out to me. Rushing three and playing one safety at times has hurt us dearly. Last night late substitution inside the 30 cost us a touchdown. He is also over his head. But who wants to coach for a guy with less experience than them.

I'm willing to invest so much in anything before losing a return on my money. I don't give a good fart in the fan how you run your mouth. I have a hundred miles to travel to see the Cajuns. And I'll go see them when they are worth watching. Had I actually gone to Hattiesburg & watched that disaster in person, I wouldn't watch, listen to, or be interested in another game all year. Of curse you don't understand this since you don't go the games & you criticize others who don't go for whatever reason.

Yes. I think Fields has been healthy and ready to go the last 2 weeks. Wooldridge should have been replaced because he clearly was not the same after the TD.

No thinking needed. He was cleared to play. A fact.

Re: Final: Louisiana 17, Troy 23
The positive: we had a 17-0 lead on a very good Troy team.
The negative: we are 4-5 against the weakest schedule in the country.
Realistic: we will hover between a 4 win and 7 win team with Des at the helm.

SO I'm not a real fan if I don't attend every game no matter how much they slobber donkey balls? Well you have it Mr. real fan. Every post you make proves just how absolutely idiotic you are.

As opposed to you? You're the only stupid ass on here who was screaming for Mike's job before he ever coached a snap of football. Look up the term anti-fan & your picture is in the description. So just shut up. Or keep talking & let everyone continue to make jokes about you behind your back. Only you don't know they're behind your back because you don't go to the games most of the time either.

*I called for his job after the Cajuns lost to ULM.
*I never called for his job before the season.
*Who cares what others say?
*I do go to games ALL the time, even some road games. Me and my family have season tickets for football, baseball, and softball. I also attend volleyball, soccer and track meets.

Ben was 13-29 and 112 yards. I guess Des thinks that’s exceptional.

Correct. But some people here think you would be cleared to play with a torn Labrum. Laughable. Maybe it is just coaching…sticking to his plan no matter what the cost. It’s idiotic! Just like it has been all season.

BWK is the only one to think that.

Re: Final: Louisiana 17, Troy 23
Get ready for some dark days coming to this program. If we can’t fill Cajun Field hosting the SBC championship game against the premier team in our conference while the Cajuns are on the longest win streak in the country…. It will never happen. It’ll get worse. I believe in giving this staff time, but I don’t believe a lot of what we are seeing can be fixed with time.
I didn’t believe it at first, but Brian Kelly is going to have LSU as a perennial powerhouse here very soon and it’ll last a long time. Lafayette will be crawling with purple and gold even more than it already is. This program and administration squandered our most successful years away. And it didn’t take long to do it.

Well it’s like a certain butthead posted here many months ago. LSU went and hired Notre Dame’s coach while we went out and hired catholic high new Iberia’s coach. Quite a difference there. We had all the momentum in the world and we ____ the bed. It’s over

It looked like Jordan Lawson hyper-extended his left knee in the first quarter.

Re: Live Game Talk: Louisiana vs. Troy
Within a 12 minute and :04 second timespan (sandwiching halftime) Louisiana rattled off 17 points.
Nothing the other 48 minutes.
ps 2 missed field goals.

Check your reading comprehension muscle head. He said as if anyone would be cleared to play with a torn labrum. It's laughable. IOW we're probably NOT going to see Chandler again this season if he didn't come in the other night after Ben got shook up. To my recollection he made a few appearances to replace Levy when he got shaken up.

Once a Cajun, always a Cajun. Don't be in that Coward group.
