How about a performance based salary? You win = more pay, you lose = decrease pay....championship = more pay, not making regionals = decreased pay.... Sound like good incentive to win?

You don't get what I'm saying. My stance is that you don't get rid of a coach if you don't think you can get a better one in return. I can't think of someone who we could get realistically to do a better job so I was asking if he did.
