No he wasn't but President Stephen's interpretation was that SLII had to grow beyond the City scope mentality or it would never reach its academic potential.

One of the first things he did was invite schools all over the State to join an Athletic Association.

Within 10 years he had students from every Parish in the State.

WE need to ALL start writing to T-Joe to have Dr. Maggard reassigned and have him hire
