I think the best way to promote it is to keep promoting it online. When it appears we act like it suppossed to be that way, and nothing else.

Money. Florida is blessed with many people and therefore much more tax dollars. Florida, population 18 million; Louisiana, population 4.2 million. Florida is generally more affluent, so more people with more money is more tax dollars. Good athletic programs have one thing in common, they are well funded. We are not and until we are we will be a subpar team, with some occasional studs.
