2023 Transfer Portal

Crazy numbers. 1/10 of all players that entered the transfer portal today were QB's. 667 players entered the portal and 62 of which were QB's.

One out of ten.... Not surprising, the QB that makes it to the college ranks has not been told no since he was 5 years old.

Athletically speaking of course.

There’s a reason the NCAA has ran that ad stating ~98% of NCAA athletes go pro in something other than sports for decades.

Growing up, the best athlete is almost always the QB.

The ones who make it to college have often been on the field for every play.

Some for every play on offense and defense.

We don’t know why dog killers have 10 in the portal. Maybe they’re being told to be proactive and leave on their own terms because their scholarship is going to someone else.

…….It still puzzles me how we didn’t get Grubbs from Holy Cross after having our great LBer from HC…l.Boudreaux??? What a player!
