That would mean a whole lot more if we didn't have a better winning percentage in red helmets this year, which we have.
If we are in fact the home team Saturday, then the "Paint the Quarter Red" campaign makes a lot of sense.
Also, red helmets, red jerseys, and red pants would make a lot of sense as well.
If you needed a little "juice" for the game, whip out some red facemasks.
Adding black features to the uniform this Saturday has been proven it will not increase our chances of winning and will not differentiate us from the opponent. So, don't do it.
If we were the road team, then a whole "White-Out the Quarter" campaign would have made a lot of sense, with white jerseys and pants, as well as white helmets and facemasks.

Great bowl article on Ledarius Green
Re: Marriott - Team Hotel
FYI - It was actually the UL Alumni Association and the UL Communications and Marketing Department that decorated the lobby with the Marriott's permission and assistance.
Aztecs see themselves in Cajuns
NEW ORLEANS – The parallels are eerie, so much so that San Diego State head football coach Rocky Long looked a little ashen Thursday afternoon at the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl press conference.

I got a friend's whose daughter is going to this Gymnastics Meet. They are giving a free NOLA Bowl ticket to each little girl.
Re: Great bowl article on Ledarius Green
Good article. My Dad and I were talking about this just the other day. Will Green join the cajun greats on the wall of fame? I think so.
Your thoughts????
