I definitely heard them say "UL" during the 5 o'clock hour...guess they changed their minds. Hud didn't seem to care much either to be honest. Didn't seem his usual amped up self to me.

Very happy with this choice.

I agree, there's no other games between now and the bowl. TURN IT ON ALREADY!

I don't see the word "distributed" anywhere in the article.

He’s especially talking about the crowd. The Ragin’ Cajuns have sold out their ticket allotment of 18,500 and probably will bring many more than that to the Superdome. By contrast, SDSU has sold only about 1,000 of its allotment of 9,500.

Why do we even think about a game that would not have done anything for our program...a game with a pompus Louisiana Tech in a place that rolls up their sidewalks at 6:00 PM. Waiting for New Orleans was worth the wait.

What's the difference & who cares? UL sold every alloted ticket & made out like bandits for th program. The school will definitely make money off this game. As far as the bowl goes, a crowd of 42,000+ people is a coup for this game. I just watched a replay of the ESPN bowl mania special & the first day of bowl games, the only game they talked about was the New Orleans Bowl. This game will be one of thebest attended, most watched games of the bowl season & that is ALL that counts.
