Not protecting the ball when we were in scoring position late in the 3rd turned the momentum. Still we got to give it to the RAGIN CAJUNS. Any other team cajun team I watched in the past 15 years would have given up. These guys play with so much heart!!! Arizona can expect a brutal game, wait and see.
Im proud of those boys, but they are soft! O line was out played almost everygame this year and i caught up with them... They cant tackle!!

Hats off to our fans that made the trip, could really hear them cheering up until "masson" does what he always does.
Winning the sun belt and losing a bowl game is just as good as 2nd in Sunbelt and winning a bowl game. You get a trophy for either one.Quote:

There are 166 people on this thread and we are all speaking our minds after a tough loss...
not the typical Cajuns football "here we go again" kind of losses...but losses that eat at you.
Losses now aren't the same as 1-10 or 3-9 season losses...
These are NEW DAYS everyone...we're still going in the direction we all have hoped for so long
Defense played hard all night, Offensive line got flat out beat repeatedly, Masson's interception killed a good drive and killed the momentum we seemed to be building.
Blaine really impressed me with his toughness tonight. He never gave up. #72 better be running laps this week for that lazy effort, Blaine was getting killed. Defense played their butts off!! I'm disappointed in the loss, but I am excited for the future of the program. Geaux Cajuns!!!
We need to get bigger,faster,stronger on both sides of the line.
Masson could have erased all perceptions of him if he could have kept moving the ball up the field but in the end he bustled it.
Agree. But the team put up a good fight. This loss keeps Coach Hud here for little longer. Next year we will be outright champions not sharing it 2-3-way like it would have been this year.Quote:

I think the biggest difference in this game was our QB wasn't healthy & theirs was.
