I didn’t read the other part of this thread….but, we gave away a very winnable game by discipline on the field. All I have to say….carry on!
No one wanted that outcome. Truth be told it’s not surprising. We’ve seen that script most of the year. Play well in the first half then offense sleepwalks through the second. Tough to sleep with that bullet wound in your foot, too.
Defense did about all they could.
The lack of discipline in chippy games is a concern. Houston laughed all the way to the end much like Rice did.
