I've been told by more than one person that Reb is one of the Lowry boys. No idea how accurate that is. I don't know them well.

I don't think you need to write a check to express an idea or share an observation.

People opperating in an official capacity will always view an observation or suggestion as a complaint however ... unless you write a check that is.
