You recently hired a staff, both administrative and coaches, with a success goal in mind. Make absolutely sure the facilities can support a growth in success, or why even try? Minimum, 40K - 50K.
Thank you very much. Even though the national attendance trend is downward, we have real chances of growing ours significantly in the next few years.

While it may be cheaper to build a new structure, what do we do with the current stadium? And how much would it cost to remove/re-purpose it?

Someone brought up using the hole as a new parking tower which is a great idea

thanks - see post #11 and a supporting reply a few post down. - I would leave the concession stands and restrooms on east and south sides to service the parking tower.

Attendance will continue to drop drastically, prices keep going up which will keep people bowing out which will cause them to keep raising prices and more and more people stop going. Combine that with it’s too hot, it’s too cold, it might rain, parking too far, park too close, i don’t like to walk, if only the Game was at 4, if only the game was at 7...etc, etc, etc...we will never need anything over 40k. If it ever comes to that, then sellout 40k every game.

If someone stepped up, we could back up the proposed administration building to the parking structure and finally tear down Cox Building. Maybe attach a stage to the north or south end for concerts or plays. The south end zone is to code. This is an architect's dream job.

Tickets are $20-$25 and have been since 2008 price is not the issue
If you win & play good competition people will come
Napier & Maggard are restructuring the way we schedule & will see a lot more regional G5 teams that people care about at Cajun field

We saw this with basketball this year. Having 33k means we sell out a game every 10 years. I do like the idea of future expansion if our fortunes change.
Basketball played an extremely ____ty schedule that's why people did not go none care about Louisana College .. Now if football is 8-2 or 9-1 We will have 30K + for the South Al game
