Persons could claim songs like this are intimidating. The university is not going to split hairs with you, or someone standing firm on the term "intimidate". The song will be removed under this policy. They very likely avoided the term "offensive" due to the free speech defense. There's a reason they use "intimidate". It gives the institution the discretion to remove the "hate speech".

As far as campus music is concerned, I still can't believe they banned The Pine Leaf Boy's live music.

However, hearing news about breitbart and bannon i must admit i have a newfound respect for your policy. The "opponents" are misattributed things said in comments by "readers" to bannon himself... I coild see that happening here with trolls...
