Do your research. How many offers do any of them have? All state is a great honor, but it doesn't guarantee that you will get to play at the D1 level. Look at what we have committed at the WR position already and ask yourself if any of the 3 you listed are better.Quote:

Robe went out and hired a great assistant when things were not going well. We are still reaping the benefits of having a great hitting coach and a head coach who is a great pitching coach. Funny thing is even when we had the power, and we did we still played small ball as often as not.
We had two players on the all conference teams. We have been missing the mark for several seasons, and it caught up this year. Now it seems a lot of the best talent was red shirted ready or not to play.Quote:

No they are not morons, but it happens to all coaches, they can at times not be all they were in the past. IMO Hud's first class was the best. After that we signed lots of great players that never played a down for whatever reasons might be.
You are not a top flight coaching group when you go 5/7 and are in the SBC.

Crazy, I'm going to have to call you out on this post. You were very critical of our football coaches this season. I'm in agreement not with our coaching staff's recruiting model, but certainly with the fans that constantly think we should recruit someone in our area that "they say" is a stud.
