Hesitation is a sign of thinking in progress. Good defensive coverage and or poor route running can exacerbate a temporary brain freeze.
A 5th year senior should have such a "feel" for the game that he is never caught contemplating. Especially one with leg mobility like Levi has.

Think he is scared to run. Napier mentioned it post game that LL should have ran when things broke down.

Re: Attendance Vs Nicholls
I hate how we all pretend like Louisiana didn’t previously top the Sun Belt in attendance. The problem isn’t the people of Acadiana or the students. The administration ruined student tailgating and Greek life. Plus, they have tried to monetize every aspect of tailgating. When you make decisions without thinking about the resulting incentive structure, this is what happens.

1. Admin ruined Greek Life: 100% true.
2. Monetize Tailgating: 100% true and 100% needed.
3. Student tailgating: mostly true, done by Scott Farmer.
4. Acadiana/Lafayette blame: 100% true. We don’t hold 100k for a game. We have a metro area that is roughly 500k and we can’t draw 25k every game. The bottom line is casual Cajun fans are the epitome of fair weather fans.

"Casual" cajun fans seem to be LSU fans first and then pop over to see what the cajuns are up to. Whether we like to admit it or not but this area still has a big lsu shroud over it and that's where a lot of the disposable money goes to.

That's my point exactly... he is not a natural QB. He s a square peg being forced into a triangle. He has no clue how to use his God given abilities and he does not mentally process the game quick enough to make plays against non garbage defenses

That’s very true. UL has a very unique opportunity ahead of itself. Finally we are in a position to put an incredible product on the field and have more success than other instate teams.
Go 4-1 coming into the App State game and we will have a packed house. Especially if we have great weather.
Re: Week 2: On to Nicholls St
I saw a lot of maturity as a QB from Lewis against Texas. His pocket presence was much better than before.
With that being said, if his first two reads are covered it’s time he uses his best attribute as a player and run. He is electric as an open field runner.
Honestly, I know it would never happen, I wished he was moved to the slot. He is like Tyreek Hill.
