What is Topham saying?

It will take Maggard stepping in and pulling rank for Talbot to gtf out. Dont think its gonna happen mid season. But I do see Maggard doing it at end of season if we finish below .500 which is a possibility at this point.

And we fall to 6-9. .500 looking like a dream at this point. Losing season very realistic. Never thought I would ever type that.
