keep in mind that this money is being paid by all students. this includes those who NEVER even go to a game. dropping this to charge per game would not be a good idea. i believe however that the fee should not be $25, it should at least be $100. seriously, it's way too lowQuote:

Just to give you guys another perspective, there are NO free events for students at Texas A&M. The right to pull football tickets costs you $200 per year (you can't buy individual student tickets) and an all-sports pass is $300 per year. This is fairly recent as I think it was about $20 a year about 5-10 years ago. However, football games is such a part of the student experience here, that charging for them probably doesn't put much of a dent in student attendance. And I think that's the rub at UL: making football an event where money is no object.
Anybody have any info on tickets for the UH game? I definitely want to go and would much rather to through our allotment and sit with UL fans rather than go through UH's dept.
I'm also interested in finding out about UH tickets. I know getting a ticket wont be a problem because their attendence is poor but I would rather buy form our allotment.Quote:
