We lose the CFP Championship game 24-23 against Florida, due to a phantom pass interference call on 4th and 33 with 2.8 seconds left on a clock, that puts them in Field Goal range.
The game is followed with a 96 page thread on RP where posters argue if we would have won the game if Dez played a different QB instead.

Head, I’m still not sold simply because of didn’t feel any over the top bang with recruiting class. Young in some places; Frank Gore Jr is already a grown man amongst boys for starters. USM must of paid top shelf NIL to keep him.

I don't see us losing to Arky State we beat them by 20 last year and I feel like this Cajun team should be better than last year while I've seen nothing so far from Redwolves. Yeah they got a transfer QB from Colorado, but it was a very bad Colorado. Like last year I just wanna see us getting better every game.Quote:
