Re: BCS rankings and other stuff...
Interesting information, thanks for posting. I didn't know about stadium capacities; I would like to see pictures of the schools ranked above the Cajuns in attendance yet ranked below in capacity (ie San Diego State)!
Re: BCS rankings and other stuff...
UH stadium capacity is 32000. They don't have a grassy area, so it's not ever going to be any or much over that amount. They are however planning to upgrade the stadium and are trying to raise the funds now. They are planning on a 40,000 capacity with the ability to expand to 50,000. In their write-up for their stadium, they do mention UL playing them in 1999.

UH does not have large fan support here in Houston for a city of 4.5 million.

Unless San Diego State has built an on-campus stadium within the last 20 years or so, they are still playing in (Jack Murphy Stadium) or whatever the hell they renamed the stadium the Chargers play in.

And, BYU has a 65,000+ capacity stadium. How are they not #1? USM has 35,000+. E Carolina has 43,000 seat stadium. The list is bogus.

The stadium capacity rankings were taken from the NCAA website.
It goes by a percentage basis. Your attendance versus the seating capacity of YOUR stadium.
