Turbine I hope you permit me this moment of indulgence. This is in no way Cajuns related so I'm not sure how it plays or if its even allowed on this site, but here goes. I've been catching grief over my college projections going into the season. I will readily admit when it comes to college I need to see teams play one or sometimes two games to figure out where that team will end up their season. Sometimes that isn't enough because these teams fall apart or get a missing player back that turns their season around for the better.
The pros is a different kettle of fish. I welcome whosever thinks they know the game of football to put their prognosticating skills against mine for the season. When all is said & done, if you did a better job then you are welcome to rub it in, but if you didn't get up the guts to put your own thoughts on the record then don't talk like you invented the game.

NFC North: Packers AFC North: Steelers
NFC SOuth: Saints AFC South: Texans
NFC East: Redskins AFC East: Patriots

NFC Wild Cards: Lions & Falcons AFC Wild Cards: Colts & Jets
Notice I don't have the beloved Eagles or Cowboys in the playoffs & I'm not completely writing off the Colts because Peyton Manning may not play this year. I have the Redskins winning an otherwise sorry NFC East. I don't sit around & suck up to every so called other proclaimed "expert" when my opinion is just as fact based & objective as as theirs is, most likely more so. I will put these picks up against any national "expert" or Just1more, Zephyr, or Ole man Walker for that matter. Jump in & put your picks where your mouth is. We're all dead even on this thing. You have nothing to lose but a little self image.

I'd put another $100 Texans wont make the Super Bowl
I'd put another $100 the saints (Even though I love em) wont WIN the superbowl.
BTW Baltimore is making the playoffs in the AFC as well.

The point of the thread was for anyone & everyone who wants, to pick their winners. Not for me to pick mine & have certain individuals peck away at them like chickens pecking at the ground. I tell you what. Pick your winners & I'll cherry pick how I take the field of thirty-one or fifteen against your picks & act like if you don't take the bet I offer you then you're blowing hot air & have no guts.

I don't claim to be a genius. I just claim to be smarter than a lot of other self appointed geniuses. The first part of being genius is being smart. The first part of being smart is being able to hang soemone using their own rope. The second part of being smart is not letting someone trying to hang you with your own rope do it. Making these picks is like looking at 32 penny stocks & predicting at the end of the fiscal year which one will be Apple. I noticed in your wager challenge you stated Philly would be in the playoffs but you didn't go so far in your wager as to state they would win their division. Are you drinking the green koolaid or just sipping it? Get a bucket full if you believe. Now a fair wager would be who ends up further down the road at the end of the year the Saints or the Eagles. I could do a head to head with a Philly fan.
