Rams' Cockrell commits to UL

Congrat's to the Cockrell family, happy to see Cord staying home, He's going to look good in a Cajun uniform. Enjoy your Senior year at Acadiana and stay healthy. Come visit us during fall baseball practices.

I think its time for me to get baseball season tickets again. Good to see the locals in vermilion, white, grey, black and red uniform! (Did I miss any colors?)

Just couldn't get to the games and couldn't justify to the Mrs. the expense but with these local kids coming, most of which I have watched since LL, I think it is time to make the time to go back to the games.

Cord is a great kid who comes from a very nice family. Coached him in basketball in his younger days, great talent. He is very driven and focused in every sport I have watched him in! Glad to have Cord and his family at UL for the next 4-5 years!
