Oh, is this still a sports board? I wasn't sure.

Cajuns down 3-0, going to bottom of 1st. Not a good start. Gave up a home run on first pitch of game.

Another mid week debacle if we get to 25 wins I will be surprised.

At this point I wish this team could just be mediocre.

We can’t throw strikes. Loading the bases with walks, and walking the run in.

And Hepworth just saved the game from being 7-0.

He’s starting to rack up some owed beers from our pitching staff.

It might as well be 7-0 because I don’t think we will even put up 4 tonight.

I am now watching more for development of our younger guys, and less for short term results

Deggs at press conference yesterday basically said next year we will be better cause of this experience. Said his guys can’t handle five game weeks next year we can he said. Serious evaluations need to be done after this year on players and coaches

Yep. The player evaluations need to start yesterday. This group of new players replaces the best from last year. High bar to reach.

They are going to be really good for some big schools. I'm assuming we have some talent recruits coming in next year to replace the guys that will get some big offers. Those being able to showcase there talents as Freshman should garner some decent NIL deals for those young guys.
