UL coach Derrick Zimmerman certainly wasn’t at all surprised with how close Tuesday’s 73-69 overtime win over ULM in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament at the Pensacola Bay Center.
“What do you expect from a rivalry game?” Zimmerman said. “You expect a competitive game going down to the wire. You don’t expect a blowout in a rivalry game. Our guys just found a way to win.
