When it comes to college baseball, it’s hard to beat the fan experience at a Ragin’ Cajuns game at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park. The fans know the players' walkup songs. They stand and sing "Centerfield" during the seventh-inning stretch — even when there's no music.
There is also a sense of shared tradition when spectators hear, “Get your cold beer!"

Now this is a great example of government regulations being stupid. Fire the head guy and rewrite the law. Stupidity raises its ugly head.

Law or no law if there were SEC neutrality on this issue, it would have meant complete and utter silence from selective law interpreters on this topic.
