First Horizon Bank is now the Official Bank of the University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
This five-year agreement expands First Horizon's long-term commitment to the University and includes a Ragin' Cajun Visa Debit card, prominent in-venue signage, entertainment and hospitality opportunities along with participation in game day fan activations and experiences, including the new Cajun Village.
"This is an exciting time to expand our partnership with ULL and ULL athletics," said Jerry Prejean, President of Acadiana for First Horizon.
"With more than $2.5 million invested in recent years towards academic and athletic excellence, First Horizon is proud to deepen our relationship with the University and work together as two long-standing community leaders dedicated to making Acadiana a great place to call home."
"As opportunities have grown for businesses to support Ragin' Cajuns athletics, First Horizon Bank has been right there growing with us every step of the way," adds Brian Bille, General Manager of LEARFIELD-based Ragin' Cajuns Sports Properties. "Jerry's commitment to our community has never wavered, and I'm excited to help First Horizon build affinity with our fans through this enhanced partnership, and encourage our fans to add the all-new Ragin' Cajuns branded debit card to their wallet."

How can they possibly go through the rigor of negotiations and not get branding correct?
Does Brian Bille himself know accurate Louisiana Athletics branding? Since its in quotes, its obvious Jerry Prejean no longer has a clue.

Jerry Prejean is a past board member of the RCAF. He very well has a clue.
You have to wonder if he even sent out that statement himself, or some corporate communication IC did it for him. Regardless, someone who knows should have looked at it first.
Gotta say, though, not surprising. Still a Horizon account holder, but my personal experience is that they’ve turned to garbage ever since the acquisition of IberiaBank, from customer service at the local branches to the online banking format.
ONLY and sole reason I’m still a customer is because I wanted a “smallish” bank where I had access to local branches in both the Houston and Acadiana area. But it’s gone downhill since Iberia.

Reading a spreadsheet breakdown would be fun.
I don't blame FH for lumping the two together but they are not billing it as the official bank of Louisiana.edu academics.

I've been a fan of Jerry's since before he worked at Brothers.
I'm just disappointed in the press release not getting Louisiana branding right.

I agree the small town service is now gone. O have been with them for a long time and just don't feel like switching. Most of our banking is done online so that's part of the reason for not looking elsewhere. I can't remember the last time that I have been inside of a bank
