As young newlyweds, Steve and Sarah Oubre's world has always revolved around all things Ragin' Cajuns. Living in the Saint Streets neighborhood, right outside the gates of the university, they seldom missed participating in something centered around the multitude of offerings on campus.
However, their connections to this place began even before then.
