I would add the (RPI 14) Florida State at (RPI 17) Florida game on Wednesday. This game has hosting implications for the (RPI 15) Cajuns. I think Florida's resume gets them in ahead of the Cajuns. But Florida State's resume is suspect for a regional host ... 2-6 vs. RPI Top 25. Florida State is the team that the Cajuns can surpass in the selection order.

Florida also plays at Florida State next week.

I know others have said this in the past, but you two guys are incredible with the knowledge/info you provide. Anyone who follows this board closely doesn’t get surprised much when the postseason selections come around.

I probably should have included that one as well as the FSU series with North Carolina this weekend. FSU's last two series are comparable to ours. They have no margin for error for the rest of the year, but then we don't either.

Indeed. Also, I was specifically calling out the two Florida games because these are RPI bonus opportunities (the max RPI bonus available) as well for Florida State (not just an opportunity to improve their paltry RPI Top 25 metric). Whereas, North Carolina is not an RPI bonus opportunity.

Florida's last two conference series are Georgia and Texas A & M. Tough row to hoe, but also a great opportunity to move up.
