The title Napier is giving him sounds like a pay increase.

Dez could ask Roberts for some recommendations if he was inclined to change coordinators.

Roberts' career was somewhat stagnant. He was DC option #2, the Alabama guy had backed out at last minut we. ...nothing but upward since in big bucks since he came to UL as DC for Billy.
