Louisiana Ragin' Cajun golfer Eli Ortego fired a 2-under-par 69 to sit five shots off the lead after the first round of the 2023 South Beach International Amateur on Tuesday at the Miami Beach Golf Club.

Eli has completed the 2nd round. Fires a -2 and is now -4 for the tourney and T-8. Very good shape after day two!
