I won't copy the whole thing because that wouldn't be right, but here's an exciting excerpt:

We will have a legit weekend rotation and several quality options with experience out of the pen this year.

Diamond sports can’t come soon enough. Any idea of a starting rotation and position depth chart yet or is it still too early for that?

Based on what Kendal writes here, what I saw in fall and what the coaches are saying off record, I’m expecting a team that plays a Robe era style more than a typcial Deggs’ gorilla ball style. A real rotation, good up the middle defensively and manufacturing runs.

The young catcher Torres will be interesting. Totally different than Julien, but athletic and skilled. Also big key to success is how Connor Higgs transitions to CF and THE bat in the heart of our order.

What’s your view on the Wright kid from BR Catholic? Sure looks like he’s got slugging power and good hitting average. Wonder if Deggs lets him two sport it. He’s looked great in football
