NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference on Thursday announced the bracket for the 2023 Women's Soccer Tournament.

Well done, beat Marshall 1-0. Arkansas State loss as expected, USM tied Texas State, which made a tie for 9th, broken by UL’s victory over USM.

Dodged playing S. Alabama in first round. Jags were undefeated in league, ties were ULM and USM.

James madison is eligible, odd having different rules for different sports regarding postseason eligibility?

It is just a football rule, the rule was set in place becuase when schools would transition from FCS to FBS they often would take a year or two to put a quality schedule together, often playing a mixture of FBS and FCS schools.
