I noticed a few of the phone operators. I also noticed an RP poster.
I worked the telethon that year answering phones (I'm not in the video). I was a senior at UL at the time. The generosity for this cause was amazing.

I always thought it was a great thing KLFY did. Then, years later, I found out they got paid a truck load of money by MDA for hosting it. I was sad to learn it may have been all about the money.
Sonny was definitely one of a kind.
