None of this is unreasonable.

All of this is probably the floor for athletics. Potential for big success across the board.
And the question remains, how will we use it to promote more success? Grow the donor base? Grow outreach to students and new alumni? Bolster enrollment? Get the best tailgating party in the south back to Cajun Field? Set this town on fire again for Ragin Cajuns Athletics #OurTownOurTeam

WSOC - middling SBC (still rebuilding and lost a bit of talent over the summer)
WBB - 20 wins / Top 4 SBC
MTEN - top 60ish caliber / Top 3 SBC
WTEN - top 90ish caliber / Top 5 SBC
MGOLF - big question mark. Lose a couple vets, but have lot's of young talent. Potgieter might be your SBC golfer of the year.

Start the year off in position to win every conference championship we sponsor, and if we decided to sponsor the other sports, we would be winning those too.
NCAA postseason success and chance to shock the world and win the whole thing. National Rankings, awards and draft picks for our players across the board. Geaux Cajuns!
Is it still Kool-aid if I'm spiking it? If we win I'm spiking the punch bowl. If we lose and I'm sad and angry, I'm spiking the bowl. I'm not telling people how to be fans but some of y'all need to taste the punch bowl :)

Sounds like it is time to bring Jay on as a guest of the RR podcast.

I don’t follow those sports.
I really do hope soccer succeeds though. We have a chance to build something here.
Re: Very Important Question
Golf will also do well. Maybe not conference title but more consistent high finishes. One of our guys won the state amateur tournament over the summer.

I call that a successful athletic program. Although basketball will have 20 wins or more.

I like your optimism. 6’8” is our tallest player. I see a large step back this year.
