Potential Congressional Transfer and NIL changes
It’s a start. I am sure if it were to pass it would be challenged in court.

Re: Potential Congressional Transfer and NIL changes
Required university to pay benefits will essentially make the players employees, which is the only way to have any control. It will eventually get done. May take a few adjustments but it will happen.

I’d prefer the TPortal only applied to the first two years regardless of using one as a redshirt or not. Then seniors who already have a degree. This way the G5 still wasting money, and time on preparing them for the P5.

THAT is a very good idea! It makes us a little less of a development team/league (at our own cost).

Last time players tried to become employees/union wasn't it at northwestern of the big 10, see how that turned out in hindsight with this hazing scandal now coming to light

This isn’t the players trying to become employees, the universities will make them employees to gain some control. The players want it to remain the current free for all.

Good point. But in NW case it was the players wanting it. Odd that those same player "leaders" were silent on the hazing?
