Atchafalaya Basin Bridge Reduced To One Lane

Interstate 10 on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge will be reduced to one lane nightly in the westbound direction over the period of the next six weeks beginning with closure between mile marker 131 and mile marker 127 on Monday, March 29, 2010 in Iberville Parish.
The lane closure is due to installation of communications equipment for the Department. The right lane will be closed between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
