Go figure - freshman-led road warriors outlast Cajuns

Go figure.

That's about all you can say after watching the second half of Coastal Carolina's 30-28 victory over UL on Saturday at Cajun Field.

At the half, it sure looked like coach Billy Napier's Ragin' Cajuns were in deep trouble.

Hoping next years freshmen class, Billy's 1st full year recruiting class can do same for us. We flat out need them.

If we can get the ones we want signed after what is likely to be a 3-9 campaign. One thing we do have going for us is that if early playing time is what they want, they're gonna get it.

If we get 50% of the early commits to actually sign, we'll have done well. This is not unique to UL. All G5 schools have to fend off late P5 school offers to players committed to those G5 schools.
