UL remains hopeful it can reach a deal with Cox Communications-owned Cox Sports Television (CST) to produce and broadcast games involving the Ragin' Cajuns football team and other Cajun sports teams, according to Cajuns athletic director Scott Farmer.

Alright Cajun Nation we know what to do. We will fight this battle on two fronts. Get your guns ready. One group will lead the charge for the annexation of Arizona into New Mexico and the other will lead a similar charge for the annexation of Nevada or Oregon into Idaho. If one group is successful we will then have a SBC member in a state neighboring California and our problems will be solved. This most likely has a higher probability of success than little Scotty Farmer getting this CST blackout deal done on his own.
