BBC Sport mobile app now serves up push notifications for football results and goals
A little more than year after the BBC first launched its dedicated mobile sports app, the broadcaster has finally introduced push notifications for your favorite football (soccer) teams. With the updated Android and iOS apps, you can now be notified when your team kicks off in a game, when a goal is scored, and the half-time/full-time results.
