Hooton was previously VP of Operations and Engineering at Cayuse, Inc., the recognized leader in the field of electronic preparation, submission and management of research proposals, where he restructured development strategies and processes through three major product cycles during a period of growth from 2 to 21 customers. Prior to that, he was director of product development at PlantCML and held various leadership positions, including CIO, at Statia FX.
