Astros’ Bud Norris scratched from start vs. Orioles; Lucas Harrell to take mound
BALTIMORE –After 10 months of constant trade speculation, Bud Norris may finally be moving on. Lucas Harrell will start in place of Norris on Tuesday against the Orioles at Camden Yards. Norris has not been informed he’s been traded and as of 11:50 a.m. CT a deal wasn’t imminent. But the club’s No. 1 starter is a late scratch, while Harrell — the Astros’ former No. 2 starter and recently a long reliever — will open a three-game series against Baltimore.
