it's been a scorcher of a summer and i know you folks on the east coast have been suffering. so i thought, what would be the coolest possible thing, aside from ice cream/popsicles, to feed these folks?! and i came up with this: cucumber, mint, blended with lots of ice, some sweetness, and a bit of lime juice. SO REFRESHING
