Michael Strentz Alaska Baseball League
After leading the ABL in hitting with a .415 batting average and being the leading home run hitter with 4, Strentz is heading home. He fractured a bone in his foot off of a foul ball last week. It will take three weeks to recover and there are only three weeks left in the season. He was a shoo-in for the All Star game and may have been voted MVP. The team he played for is the Anchorage Bucs. Chase Compton and Ryan Leonards are on the team.

Do they play with old whale bones and blubber?
Re: Michael Strentz Alaska Baseball League
FYI, Both Compton and Leonards are having good seasons too. Compton is batting .279 with a homer and 13 RBI's. While Leonards is batting .301 with a homer and 14 RBI's. Cajuns make up the #1, #3 and #4 batting average on the team.
