Former St. Pius pitcher/quarterback Kohl Stewart has signed with the Minnesota Twins, who selected him with the fourth pick in the Major League Baseball draft, the team said today. No details were available immediately on the value of the contract. Stewart had accepted a scholarship to play football at Texas A&M, where he also expected to pitch for the baseball team, but said after he was drafted that he would bypass college to sign with the Twins.
