BOSTON — Veteran shortstop Ronny Cedeno is an even more unlikely designated hitter candidate than second baseman Jose Altuve.But the latter has already served as DH for the Astros this season and Cedeno has received the call for a 6:10 p.m. CT game Saturday against the Red Sox at Fenway Park.
