After a 1-7 start to his managerial career, Tony DeFrancesco pulled another tool out of his motivational kit for his third team meeting of a 10-day tenure. DeFrancesco brought in former Astros great and current special assistant Craig Biggio, who attended Seton Hall after DeFrancesco did, to address the club Wednesday afternoon.
