UL defense not meeting goals

UL's defense, billed as the strength of the 2010 football team, has yet to live up to those high expectations.
That unit returned eight starters from last season when the Ragin' Cajuns ranked among the league's best in forcing turnovers and interceptions. This season injuries, inconsistency and an inability for the offense to sustain drives have played a role in struggles on that side of the ball.

The heck on meeting goals. I just wish they would meet running backs, receivers and quarterbacks before the goal.
All joking aside, the defensive performance is the most disappointing part of the season to date. I hope they come around.

Looks like the cajuns stop the run some games and the passing game kills em' or vice versa. They haven't been successful slowing down both. Anyway, my 2 cents. Hopefully, they put it together these next few weeks and salvage a season. Geaux Cajuns!

IMO, to get the Defence and the Offense pumped up for the games so that they meet their "goals" the team should come out of the tunnel to "Welcome to the Jungle"!!
