Marlon Malveaux 21 yoa of 801 Buckeye St., New Iberia was arrested on 4-6-2010 at 4:35 pm for Possession of Marijuana. Agents were patrolling Hwy 90 in the Calumet area, when they conducted a traffic stop on suspect vehicle for traveling in the left lane. During investigation consent to search the vehicle was obtained with Agent located a small amount of marijuana. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 7-29-2010.
Kadeem Johnson 20 yoa of 721 Arlington St., Bayou Vista was arrested on 4-6-2010 at 5:35 pm for Following to Close and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. Agents were patrolling Hwy 90 in the Calumet area, when a traffic stop was conducted on above suspect vehicle for following to close. During investigation consent to search was obtained with Agent located marijuana in the center console of the vehicle. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
Gregory Williams 50 yoa of 139 Roy’s Lane # 9, Centerville was arrested on 4-6-2010 at 7:51 pm for Possession of Marijuana and a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charges of Driving Under Suspension and Speeding. Agents were patrolling
Tiger Lanein Verdunville when they conducted an investigative stop on above suspect standing in the roadway. During investigation a bag of marijuana was found on suspect’s person and that he also had a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
