Podcast GSS: Jay Walker (10-18-22)
Jay Walker joined Scott as the two old cohorts had an electric hour of radio, reminiscent of a throwback episode of Bird's Eye View from the late 2000s as Jay debated with callers about UL football, fandom, and more. The duo also talked about the MLB playoffs, and why the Divisional Series round may be altered next season.

The first caller was spot on. Hit the nail on the head. Genius.

Jay totally twisted what people were saying. It had nothing to do with fans believing one QB was better or worse than the other. They're upset that they swit he'd QB's when one has momentum and then you pull him. They just want Des to pick one guy and stay with him. For Jay to say it doesn't matter that you pull a guy when he has momentum is assanine. Completely assanine.

Kind of like Marlin calling a Time Out when Louisiana is on a big run.

Anyone who thinks that is not the direct reason for all the drops early in the year are fooling themselves.

Big Poppa, I don't think we ever met. But you have to quit exposing the truth like that. it just F's up the narrative.
