Perfect Gumbo weather

I’m down for gumbo in August. I never understood the “too hot” or “not gumbo weather” argument. Gumbo is good year round, I promise.

I think that was the main point of Frenchie's post....look at my new burner set up! Very nice!

Main point is that pot of gumbo simmering on the burner. But yes I kike the set up.
